When you contact us

We collect the name, email address or phone number, message and property details you choose to provide. We use them to respond, discuss your cleaning needs and prepare a quote. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing.

Please leave out alarm codes, passwords, payment-card details, health information and other sensitive information.

Where your enquiry goes

On the live website, enquiries are stored in SwiftMaid’s private enquiry records and sent to our business inbox so our team can respond. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries that do not become bookings for up to 12 months, unless we need to keep information to resolve a dispute or meet a legal requirement. Records relating to booked services may be kept longer for business and legal purposes. Retention reviews cover our enquiry records and email copies.

Website security, cookies and fonts

Our hosting systems may record technical information, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operation. Enquiry security checks use a coded network identifier to limit spam. This website does not include advertising trackers or site analytics. Google Fonts supplies the website typeface and receives the technical information needed to deliver it.

Your questions and requests

To ask about your information, request access or correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry, email contact@swiftmaid.ca or call 647-483-4723. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain if information must be retained for a legal or business obligation.
