Post-construction cleaning
The work is taking shape.
Plan the finishing clean.
Cleaning for builders, contractors and project teams across the GTA. Plan individual completed areas, whole buildings or phased handovers around the spaces that are ready and the trades still on site.

PLAN THE WORK
Work with the handover sequence.
Areas may become ready at different times. Share the expected completion window, remaining trade work and the parts of the building available for cleaning. Phased work or return visits can be included in the proposal when a single visit will not suit the project.
What shapes your quote?
Building size, surface condition, finishes, access and the number of visits shape the quote. Plans, photographs or a walkthrough help establish the work; a target handover window helps plan availability.

Before we get started.
How early should we request a quote?
You can enquire before the trades have finished. Share the location, approximate scope and target completion window, then update the plan as areas become ready. Cleaning dates depend on agreed access and site readiness.
Can the work be split into phases or include a return visit?
Yes—discuss the areas and handover sequence with us. The quote can distinguish an initial clean from later touch-ups, particularly where remaining trade work may create more dust or marks.
